Ashli has been teaching various yoga classes in the Coldwater area for over 10 years. She recently completed her certification as a 200 Registered Yoga Teacher through YogaFit. Ashli is excited to share her love of movement and mindfulness at Studio La Femme.
After competing in and teaching gymnastics, Aspyn struggled to find enjoyment in working out until she found pole fitness. She's been obsessed with pole and dance for over a year and is a certified XPert level pole instructor.
